OPENING HOURS
The Box Office is open from
10am – 4.30pm from Monday to Saturday
(closed lunchtime 12.30pm – 1.30pm)
We are also open from 1 hour before any performance.
SEATING PLAN
A Seating plan of our theatre can be downloaded by clicking HERE. When booking your tickets online, you will be able to choose the seats that you sit in. We have a Seating Capacity of just under 600 Seats.
WHAT DOES THE i MEAN ON THE PLAN?
The i denotes that seats are close to the main sound speakers. You view of the stage will not be affected in these seats but sound levels will be a little louder.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. Cheques (If booking in person, by post or by phone) should be made payable to West Cliff (Tendring) Trust. Bookings should be paid for within five working days.
BOOKING FEE
A booking fee of £1 will apply on all ticket sales and reservations made online, over the phone or in person, whether paying by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. Prices that are displayed on this website include this fee.
CONCESSIONARY TICKETS
Concessionary tickets are available for patrons over 60 years and children under 16 years on some shows. We are unable to offer free companion seats for any of our shows.
POSTAGE
We can post your tickets for £1.50 postage & handling charge.
REFUNDS
Please check your tickets carefully when booking as we are unable to offer refunds on tickets sold unless the show is cancelled in advance. We will try to resell tickets that cannot be used, however this will only be possible if the show is already sold out.
